Accept FSA/HSA payments on your BigCommerce store in only a few simple steps!

We've developed an extension for BigCommerce so that all merchants can unlock the $140B FSA/HSA market with a simple, plug-and-play integration. Integrating Binkey with your BigCommerce store takes only a few steps.

Obtaining an API Key

After contacting the Binkey team and obtaining a merchant account, you will be given an API Key

Install the Binkey module on your store

  1. Sign in to the BigCommerce dashboard. On the left side of the dashboard navigation panel, click “Apps”.

  2. On the next screen, click the bigcommerce.com/apps button

  3. Type the word “Binkey” into the search bar. In the opened page, set

    1. Payment display name: Binkey

    2. Payment information: Binkey Payment

    3. Country: USA

  4. Click the Save button

  5. Click the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions for the Binkey app.

  6. Paste the e-commerce key from your clipboard into the API key field. Then, click submit.

Binkey payment method is created.

Please note: In case a refund isn’t done successfully the system logs that information in Staff Notes (could be reachable via OrdersView, find the appropriate order and click the human icon next to Total or Action menuView notes)

SIG-IS Certification (required if using IIAS)

After integrating, you'll need to ensure that you have completed the SIG-IS certification. The instructions for this can be found in your Binkey Merchant Portal.

  1. Apply for a SIG-IS merchant account

  2. Complete SIG-IS merchant certification

  3. Once approved, Go-Live!
